Harwood’s annual Dash for DisAbilities 5K

Join us for our annual 5K race benefiting Harwood programs. The Harwood Dash for DisAbilities is one of the largest fundraisers for the Harwood Center. For the third consecutive year, we are partnering with our friends from Memphis Civitan and SRVS to form the Celebrating Abilities Race Event Series (CARES). Register for all three to receive a discount!
All registered in-person 5k participants will receive a race shirt, finisher medal, and be able to post your 5k times to our results page. Ghost runners will receive a Harwood race shirt.
